Three matching posts are not automatically three independent ideas

Group repeated message captures while retaining their source references, timestamps and uncertainty about original authorship.

Choose what you are counting before comparing posts

A captured post, a distinct text string and an independently originated idea are different units. Three channels can repeat one text, while one channel can publish several amended versions. Report the unit explicitly rather than presenting a message count as independent confirmation.

Telegram’s schema illustrates why a message reference has a chat scope and why forwarding or origin information is separate from the text. That documentation does not authenticate a screenshot or identify an origin when the supplied record lacks one. Preserve what your capture actually includes.

Use an exact-text group without discarding the source copies

Keep the original text and compute any comparison representation separately. Removing a line break for comparison may be reasonable when documented; removing decimal points, minus signs or expiry dates would change meaning. A text fingerprint identifies an input string under a chosen procedure, not an author.

Two identical strings can be placed in an exact-match group. Retain both source references and capture times as members of that group. Do not delete the second record: it may contain useful evidence about distribution even though it adds no new text.

Work through a small fictional grouping

Suppose captures A and B contain the same text, while C differs in one numeric condition. There are three captured messages and two exact text groups. Whether those groups represent one amended idea or two independent ideas remains unknown without additional origin evidence.

BExact group 1Repeat, independent origin unproved

Review near-matches as candidates, not automatic duplicates

A changed instrument, price condition, direction or deadline can turn a similar sentence into a different scenario. Show the changed characters or fields to a reviewer. A high similarity score cannot resolve those semantic differences on its own.

Conversely, adding a greeting or a different link can produce a different text fingerprint without creating a new market idea. Keep exact-match grouping and a human-reviewed relationship as two separate outputs. Do not merge them into an unexplained count of unique signals.

Preserve chronology and a modest conclusion

For a UK-local review, keep the full date and offset beside every capture and retain any supplied source instant separately. The earliest capture in your small sample is only the earliest one you observed. It is not proof of first publication across the internet.

The final sheet can report three captures, two exact text groups and one unresolved origin relationship. It cannot establish coordinated authorship, independent corroboration or a verified trading result. Avoid publishing private participant information when a local source alias is enough for your own review.

The optional link below leads to this site's separate crypto signals and Telegram updates offer. The record method is usable without that offer. It does not independently verify the offer, establish country eligibility or turn the teaching example into an actual transaction.
